Welcome to Yosemite’s Inn the Woods Suites, conveniently located 30 minutes from the south entrance to Yosemite National Park (Highway 41)! This newly built Inn featuring 3 individual roomy suites and one cozy room, with warm and rustic mountain decor and all the modern amenities. A perfect place to unwind or play at after a day in Yosemite National Park.
All three (3) of our suites have their own outdoor private entrances, private living rooms and kitchenettes (no oven or stove), and private patios with your own gas BBQ with side burner. The private “double room” with a queen size bed, has it’s own outside private entrance and en suite bathroom and small outdoor sitting area.
On Arrival:
Upon your arrival we enjoy meeting and greeting our guests in person from 3pm -8pm. We usually show you a map of the area and go through a detailed map of Yosemite. If you think you may arrive later than 8pm or if you wish to check in earlier, we ask that you contact us directly. For late check ins, we can leave an envelope with directions to your room, the key-code card, and the receipt for your stay at the front “Welcome Desk”. In your room, you will find a binder with information regarding Yosemite, restaurant recommendations and the other activities or places to explore near the Inn. If you arrive before 8pm, please call us to let us know you have arrived and with any questions between 7am-10pm. We live on premises, so feel free to call or text us during those hours or in case of emergency, at any time.
Cancellation:
When you make your reservation directly with Inn the Woods Suites we have a special offer of a 48 hour cancellation policy for all direct bookings. This offer is only for guests who book directly. Our 7-day cancellation policy will be for all outside bookings, through Expedia, Hotels.com, etc. To cancel all outside bookings, you must call the agency directly or use your confirmation email from them to cancel the reservation. We encourage you to contact us directly by phone or email for up-to-date information and conditions regarding Yosemite National Park, the Oakhurst area, and the areas near our Inn(1-559-692-0291).
Our facility has three private suites. Both the Mist Trail Suite and the Sentinel Dome Trail Suite offer 1 bedroom while the Panorama Trail Suite offers 2 bedrooms. Great for singles, couples, small families, large families, or groups. Each family-friendly suite features free Wi-Fi, a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette, queen size pull-out couch with gel mattress, gas fireplaces, and flat screen TVs. The suites also feature spacious master bedrooms with California king sized log beds, large private bathrooms, private outdoor patios with barbecues, and amazing views of the surrounding oak and pine forest, and our local mountains. Our “Double Room” is a private bedroom with Queen size log bed, hotel size refrigerator and small freezer, Keurig coffee maker with an ample supply of coffee pods, creamers, sugars, etc. Each suite and room is provided with a complementary 2-day continental breakfast basket with a variety of fresh fruit, muffins, pastries, some fruit drinks and granola bars are included and gives you the convenience of breakfast at your leisure or grab & go!
Relaxing and enjoying time at Inn the Woods is made even better at the end of your day with a visit to our separate and common-use game room. Guests are welcome to use the pool table, ping pong table, shuffleboard, table games, TV, and DVDs to watch or borrow during your stay. Guests are also welcome to relax at the outdoor seating and gas fire pit at our gazebo.
